
Terms of Service
Environmental
The service address must have working utilities, this includes electricity, water, and heat.
The location must be free of infestation of pests, mold, and asbestos.
Homeowners must have animals separated from employees that enter the home.
The house must be in decent condition, this includes clear walk ways, and personal items picked up and put away, and no structural hazards.
Service Limits
Our scope of work is limited to what insurance agrees to cover. This limits Tough Scrubs in the following areas:
Employees cannot use ladders beyond a two-step step ladder. Items out of reach will be cleaned using proper equipment that is provided in the form of extension rods.
Employees cannot remove items or enter homes that are deemed unsafe, contain bodily fluids outside of appropriate areas, or have infestations.
Payments
Full payment is due at the time of service. Each service includes a walkthrough with the client to determine if the service is satisfactory. If the service is not satisfactory please contact (208) 357-8856 by call or text within 24 hours of service. No refunds or disputes are accepted after 24 hours from the beginning of the scheduled service.
Payments can be made through ACH, Check, Cash, or Card via an invoice that is sent through text or email. The only payment employees can receive is cash. We do not provide change.
Employees are paid hourly, our company does not request or rely on tips.
Any promotion or discount needs to be applied before the scheduled service, and will not be added on during or after services.
Pictures
Before and after pictures are taken to show proof of our work as we clean. Photos will not include items that can contain identifying information. These photos will also be used as marketing and released on social media on Facebook.com/ToughScrubs
Cancelation and Scheduling
To be scheduled for service, the home must be toured and estimated beforehand with goals, and scope of work agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations must be noted in call, text or email 48 hours prior to the start of the scheduled service. Any services canceled due to non illness related reasons are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Fee must be paid in full before scheduling any future services.

The client has read the above information and agrees to the terms by the act of scheduling the appointment. The client understands and has the right to ask questions about the terms at any time. A signed copy will be kept on file after the initial consultation.
